Objectively, this is the best curry in the United States, and I've found it in Addison, Texas in a hole-in-the wall, truly one-of-a kind restaurant, Thai Star. I became a regular by how frequently I came by (one week I ate three lunches there), and they've truly come to accept my loyal presence.
